Cookie was found on highway 59 by a good samaritan who had to stop her car and put herself at risk to grab this sweet girl out of the road. Based on her injuries it looks like she was thrown out of a car. She's only about 8 months old and has a broken pelvis and many lacerations including severe road rash along her spine. Despite her injuries she's in good spirits and with rest and plenty of pain meds should make a full recovery!
