Help Starlight Outreach and Rescue save the lives of dogs and cats in our community by donating now. Even the smallest donation counts and will immediately help us provide:

• Formula, bottles, and supplies for abandoned newborn puppies and kittens
• Heartworm treatment for dogs who would otherwise be euthanized in shelters
• Veterinary care for sick or injured animals who would otherwise be euthanized in shelters
• Food and supplies to animals in rescue or foster care

You can also choose to sponsor an adoption fee by donating $85 - $105 (cats) or $175 - $300 (dogs). Sponsor a specific animal by including their name in your "Message of Support" or let us decide which animal would benefit most.

Immediate Needs

Cookie was found on highway 59 by a good samaritan who had to stop her car and put herself at risk to grab this sweet girl out of the road. Based on her injuries it looks like she was thrown out of a car. She's only about 8 months old and has a broken pelvis and many lacerations including severe road rash along her spine. Despite her injuries she's in good spirits and with rest and plenty of pain meds should make a full recovery!
